About The Owners:
Peter and Stephanie Kirby, the owners of Blue Jug Waco, have understood the poor quality of local water for many years. One day a friend of theirs introduced them to the Blue Jug co-operative, and the opportunity to do something good for their community.

In January of 2018, they opened Blue Jug Waco, a company specializing in Alkaline Water, Hydrogen Water, Organic Products, Essential Oils, Healthy Snacks, and More.

The store quickly flourished by providing high-quality, affordable water, as well as assisting the surrounding community to improve their lifestyle.

About Blue Jug Waco:
In 2023 Scarlett Towery joined the Blue Jug staff. She has experience and education in holistic remedies and natural treatments. As a mother of six, she has raised her family using holistic methods and avoiding pharmaceuticals.

In late 2025 she initiated the concept of the Blue Jug Waco Apothecary. We introduced it into the store at the end of 2025 and have already had many testimonies about the efficacy of the products it provides.

Scarlett is available for personal consultations and discussions on holistic remedies from 11.30 to 2.30 on Mondays through Thursdays. She'd love you to stop in and talk with her.
